We do have a collection at the Memorial Meeting which requires cash or a EFT contribution. The library will be open at set times and cash or credit card is accepted. Some craft items will also be available during the week and cash will be required for this. If you plan to use the washing machines or dryers you will need coins for these.
We will have a qualified first aid officers. Names and mobiles will be provided at the time. There is a medical centre at Toronto which opens at 5.30pm and into the night. John Hunter Hospital is a 45-minute drive away. All these details will be provided on the back of the program for the week.
There is a fridge in the dining room to cater for special needs food or medications, but medications MUST be clearly labelled.
We have brothers and sisters attending from over 30 ecclesias so clothing is an individual choice. A head covering is required for sisters at the Memorial Meeting.
Yes. Let the Committee know the details of your travel arrangements and something will be arranged. The closest local train stations are at Morisset and Fassifern.
Trains are available from Sydney to Morisset or Fassifern train stations. You can be picked up from these train stations. Alternatively, you may know someone else who is attending from Sydney who may be able to provide you with an airport pick up and lift to Rathmines. If all else fails, contact the Committee. However generally speaking, travel to Seniors Bible Week is the responsibility of the person attending.
